Just getting a few things down.

Guildford due at midnight

This is a key seat for the Tories. They lost it last time to the LDs after holding it for 100 years. The woman standing as Tory candidate is the mother of a boy in my youngest daughter's class at school. That still doesn't stop me hoping she loses badly. My ideal result, of course, is that Michael Howard is the only Tory to win his seat. That would be great: the Tory leader taking his seat in the new House with no members of his party on the benches alongside him.
